NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION APPLICATION
Is your organization looking for a new way to raise funds in a fun, family friendly environment? Have you been to a polo match and thought "what a perfect way to raise awareness?” We are now accepting applications for our 2026 season and would love for you to be a part of it!
In order to be considered for one of our 2026 home matches please complete the form below.
There is a one time fee for each organization to cover the costs of operating the club on match days. If your organization is interested in partnering with another organization, but do not have an organization in mind to partner with, please note below and we will do our best to pair you.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Full payment for your event day is DUE to Hickory Hall Polo Club LLC by March 15, 2026.

Attendance by at least one representative from your organization at the Annual Charity Meeting. Location and Date is TBD.
Event insurance rider supplied by organization hosting the event no later than 14 days prior to your event.
2026 FEES
Friday Evening Polo Match - Single Organization - $5,000.00 *Fees are non-refundable*
Friday Evening Polo Match - Two Organizations- Shared Event - $2,700.00 per organization *Fees are non-refundable*
